CBSE SCHOOLS IN AMBALA

A well-educated person is well aware of his or her rights and obligations. A well-informed citizen is aware of consumer rights, voting rights, and rights against workplace exploitation. Furthermore, he or she has the ability to speak up when something goes wrong in his or her environment. Education not only keeps a person aware about his or her rights, but also about his or her obligations. It will make the person more responsible and capable of working for others' well-being. Education also aids in the development of a person's character. Tutors/instructors make an effort to instil a moral viewpoint in their students. People who are educated have a better life because education allows them to have a characterful, happy, well-organized, and balanced existence. Education not only prepares us to study about history, science, arithmetic, geography, and other subjects, but it also prepares us to understand how to live in the real world and deal with difficult situations.

ABOUT AMBALA

Ambala, sometimes known as Umbala, is a city in northern Haryana, India. It's about 25 miles (40 kilometres) south of Chandigarh, right east of the Ghaggar River. Haryana is a state in India's north-central region. The region of Punjab and the union territory of Chandigarh border it on the northwest, the states of Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand on the north and northeast, the state of Uttar Pradesh and the union territory of Delhi on the east, and the state of Rajasthan on the south and southwest. Within the Chandigarh union territory, the city of Chandigarh serves as the capital of not just the union territory, but also the states of Haryana and Punjab.

Ambala is a major grain, cotton, and sugar trading centre with road and rail connections to Delhi (south) and Amritsar (west) (northwest; Punjab state). Other train routes connect Chandigarh, Shimla, and Kalka to the north, and Saharanpur to the southeast. Cotton ginning, flour milling, food processing, and diverse manufacturers are all economically significant businesses. Important handicrafts include cloth weaving and bamboo furniture building. The city has a hospital, a government metalworks institute, and numerous colleges associated with Kurukshetra University, and was established as a municipality in 1867.

A lush alluvial plain makes up the majority of the surrounding area. Grain, gramme (chickpeas), cotton, sugarcane, peanuts (groundnuts), and mangoes are the main crops, with some canal irrigation. To the southeast is one of India's largest military cantonments, which also includes a commercial centre and an airfield. Ambala's climate is scorching in the summer and bitterly cold in the winter; maximum temperatures in May and June can exceed 110 degrees Fahrenheit (43 degrees Celsius), and low temperatures in January, the coldest month, can fall below freezing.
